Keith Olbermann On Scare Tactics Of Guiliani

As I posted here , Rudy Guliani is now parroting King George and using 911 and all the scare tactics that come with it in his bid for President. Of course if a Democrat wins we won't be safe and a terrorist attack will be definite. The only person who can keep us safe is a Republican President, who of course would be him. Well Keith Olbermann has a view on that. See the video below courtesy of Crooks And Liars and YouTube:

    Impeachment Drumbeat To Increase

"Be it Resolved, that George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney, by such conduct, warrant impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States". These are the opening words of the impeachment resolution the California Progressive wing of the Democratic Party will push at this weekend's convention. Joye Swan, a Democratic delegate from California's 42nd Assembly District in Los Angeles, will introduce this resolution, with the hopes it will be adopted as the party's position. The Raw Story is reporting:
When the California Democratic Convention begins this weekend, party progressives both inside and outside the San Diego Convention Center will be pressing hard to bring impeachment back on the table as a means of holding the presidency of George W. Bush accountable for crimes they allege have been committed since 2001.
While there is nothing I would enjoy more than the impeachment and removal from office of these two bastards, in reality it would be a huge mistake to go forward now. Joye Swan of the Progressive Caucus of the California Democratic Party, who is helping lead an effort to pass a resolution expressing the California Democratic Party's support for impeaching President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney saying:
"I've been blown away by the response. People are wanting to organize and rally behind one single thing at the convention, and that's impeachment".
    She went on to say:
With the Speaker saying it's off the table, it puts others Members of Congress at a lower tier," Gerbasi argued. "There are some representatives inching toward impeachment, but they may not commit until Pelosi changes her mind and puts it back on the table."
You may recall Speaker Nancy Pelosi flatly stated that impeachment was off the table back in a May 2006 caucus meeting. If you look at the reality of the situation however, Pelosi is correct now, just as she was then. There are only two years left in King George's reign and it would take at least that long to even get the resolution of impeachment passed and sent to the Senate to approve, with no assurance you will ever get the votes. You would also have the Republican spin claiming this is all the Democrats have in mind. Instead of working on health care and ending the Iraq occupation, we know the Republican caucus, pushed along and highlighted by the corporate controlled media, will dominate the cable and print talking heads. Pelosi in a statement to The Raw Story,
"I totally oppose the impeachment of the President, we have to use our energies to end this war. I don't think the popular support is there for such a move, I don't think we can get any Republican votes to move forward."
    She continued, saying:
"We will do more to make for our own reelection, and maintain a Democratic Congress...and have a Democratic President," she said. "And frankly, for impeachment, George W. Bush is just not worth it. We have great work to do for the American people."
Personally, I firmly believe that if they focus on impeachment their chances for keeping control of Congress and/or electing a Democrat President are nil.

The entire resolution of impeachment can be read on CanadianPerspective Page Two....

Look At The Families Laura And See What Real Pain Is

All I can say about Laura Bush's performance on NBC's Today show this morning is that she is a selfish, self-centered bitch. Of course this is typical of anyone from the Bush family whether of their bloodline or married to it. Hell - it's a requirement to have a cold, selfish and self-centered heart to belong to that family. What's got my dander up? I quote:
"You know the American people are suffering watching --," Curry said to the first lady. "Oh, I know that very much," Laura Bush responded. "And believe me, no one suffers more than their president and I do when we watch this, and certainly the commander in chief, who has asked our military to go into harm's way."
Oh really Laura? Think about the wives, husbands, babies, and other family members left behind by those murdered in your husband's war. If you grieve at all (and I doubt you know how), grieve for men and women whose blood is on your husband's hands. Think about the blood of the innocent Iraqi people dead because of your husband's invasion and occupation. No Laura, just as you didn't grieve for the ex-boyfriend you killed when you blew a stop sign back in 1963, I can't for a minute think you or that imbecile you married even give a rat's ass about anyone but yourselves. If you care to see "Loony" Laura in action, head on over to Americablog, and watch the video.

Giuliani Parrots King George - Relies on 911 Scare Tactics

Rudy Giuliani is now appealing to the right-wing crazies in his Presidential election bid. In a stump speech at New England College in Henniker, N.H., he is quoted by Politico.com as saying:
.....if a Democrat is elected president in 2008, America will be at risk for another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001. But if a Republican is elected, he said, especially if it is him, terrorist attacks can be anticipated and stopped. “If any Republican is elected president - - and I think obviously I would be the best at this - - we will remain on offense and will anticipate what (the terrorists) will do and try to stop them before they do it,” Giuliani said.
This sounds like more of the same to me. The only difference is he can put two sentences together. Other than that, he is no different than George putting 911 in every comment he makes. He has to keep reminding everyone he has the title of "America's Mayor" and now wants it to be "America's President". He then goes on saying:
“This war ends when they stop coming here to kill us! Never ever again will this country ever be on defense waiting for (terrorists) to attack us if I have anything to say about it. And make no mistake, the Democrats want to put us back on defense!”
Wake up people! Unless you want another 4 or 8 years living in fear and giving up more civil liberties and freedoms go ahead and keep a Republican in the White House. Read on.....

Two For The Price Of One

Keith Olbermann gave us the enjoyment of a double smack-down last week, taking on two of the best known scumbags he could possibly pick. First he awarded Fox News talking head Bill O'Reilly a "bronze" medal for defending Republican presidential candidate Tommy Thompson's statement in a speech to the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism that "earning money" is "sort of part of the Jewish tradition." Olbermann explained O'Rielly's remark justifying Thompson's statement saying
"Bill-O has now explained there was no insult, nor stereotyping there by Mr. Thompson. He was basically giving the crowd a compliment and saying, 'You're good businesspeople.' "
He then awarded Rush Limbaugh his "Worst person in the world" award for claiming that the perpetrator of the April 16 shootings at Virginia Tech was a "liberal", saying
"This guy had to be a liberal. You start railing against the rich, and all this other -- this guy is a liberal. He was turned into a liberal somewhere along the line. So it's a liberal that committed this act."
As usual, Keith nails it dead on.

Office of Special Counsel To Investigate Rove

According to the L.A. Times, (registration required) the Office of Special Counsel will investigate U.S. attorney firings and other political activities led by Karl Rove. If this is indeed true Land I have no doubt it is}, this will throw the entire Bush Administration into turmoil.
First, the inquiry comes from inside the administration, not from Democrats in Congress. Second, unlike the splintered inquiries being pressed on Capitol Hill, it is expected to be a unified investigation covering many facets of the political operation in which Rove played a leading part. "We will take the evidence where it leads us," Scott J. Bloch, head of the Office of Special Counsel and a presidential appointee, said in an interview Monday. "We will not leave any stone unturned." Most of the time, an obscure federal investigative unit known as the Office of Special Counsel confines itself to monitoring the activities of relatively low-level government employees, stepping in with reprimands and other routine administrative actions for such offenses as discriminating against military personnel or engaging in prohibited political activities. But the Office of Special Counsel is preparing to jump into one of the most sensitive and potentially explosive issues in Washington, launching a broad investigation into key elements of the White House political operations that for more than six years have been headed by chief strategist Karl Rove.
This is awesome news for those of us who were disappointed when the Plame investigation didn't completely expose Rove and his questionable tactics. In fact we may yet get to see the Rove "perp-walk" we've been waiting for.

In addition to the above link, Raw Story also is covering this story.

    The Politics Of Fear

    As I posted here yesterday,
....governments will definitely carry out an attack on their own people if they have something to gain. Usually the "gain", is to make the citizenry so fearful they will allow the government to impose any sanction on their rights it deems necessary in the name of "Homeland Security".
I would now invite you to read an article I came across at Information Clearing House by By Donna J. Thorne. Here's a snippet:
In this era of perpetual warfare, escalating domestic tyranny, government-sanctioned torture, and a Nazi-like pursuit of Middle-East domination, one would expect, at the very least, an audible outcry from the People who proclaim resolute devotion to the ideals of liberty and justice for all. Yet for the most part, Mainstream America continues to assume a posture of apathy, bitterness, or eery silence. When confronted with hard facts and scientific evidence linking key government officials to the attacks of 9/11, ostensibly intelligent, levelheaded people angrily and defiantly reject said information without a moment's deliberation. Sincerely compassionate and peace-loving individuals support the criminal invasion of Iraq and close their eyes to the U.S. slaughter of 600,000 Iraqi civilians, choosing instead to believe in the myth of American supremacy, at the heart of which lies the notion that foreigners alone are capable of such atrocities.
This is truly a thought-provoking article, which shows us exactly where we're headed. Read On.....

Give Fox The Smackdown It Deserves

Hopefully the days of people believing Fox News lives up to its' motto of "Fair And Balanced" have passed. Just in case you happen to be one of those who hasn't realized their con game by now, take a look at this video from Foxattacks.com which shows the many ways they manage a low-blow attack against presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama in every news report they do on him.
Just recently, this announcement was put out by Foxattacks.com,
Success! We stopped both Fox News Democratic presidential debates. Senators Edwards, Obama and Clinton all declined to participate, and the DNC would not officially sanction either debate.
If the Republican National Committee and the Bush Administration want to corrupt the airwaves with their crap, let them buy legitimate commercial time and stop using Fox News as their mouthpiece and calling it a news outlet. Head on over to Foxattacks.com, and see how you too can make a difference and stop this kind of blathering bullshit from getting on the airwaves.

Is False Flag Terror Attack Planned?

Well it's "tin-foil hat" time again. Ridicule me if you wish, but I will not shrink from the label. For those not familiar with the term, false flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities. If you remember, there was a "terror drill" being conducted on 911. What was the scenario? Planes being hijacked and flown into buildings. Still not enough proof that governments would intentionally murder their own people? How about the London bombings on July 7, 2005 when London's public transport system came under a bombing attack during the morning rush hour. It seems a little odd to me that at the time that happened, an identical "terror alert practise" was taking place. This was even verified by Peter Power the Managing Director of Visor Consultants Limited (a crisis management company) based in Piccadilly, London. Then of course there is the well known "false flag" attack performed by Hitler on his own country, The Reichstag Fire. And of course let us not forget the plan approved by the entire members of the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff Operation Northwoods. Yes indeed, governments will definitely carry out an attack on their own people if they have something to gain. Usually the "gain", is to make the citizenry so fearful they will allow the government to impose any sanction on their rights it deems necessary in the name of "Homeland Security". Sound familiar? Well here we go again. This "terrorism test" is called Noble Resolve 07, by USJFCOM , and is scheduled to take place from April, 23 to April 27. The elite echelon of the military are running Noble Resolve 07, a four-day marathon of “simulated” terror attacks across the US and Europe. This includes a simulated detonation of a “loose” ten-kiloton nuclear weapon in Virginia harbor, smuggled in by a “foreign nation.” I'm sorry - but "tin-foil hat" or not, we can't forget the intention of the Bush Administration (planned and pushed on by Dick Cheney), to have an excuse for an attack on Iran. This week Dick Cheney has again been warning of the “very real” threat of a nuclear attack on an American city. Could the Nobel Resolve drills be used as a screen for a false-flag attack to be blamed on Iran, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda? As far back as Aug 1, 2005 Cheney is known to be pushing for a nuclear strike on Iran as reported by American Free Press. In that article it quotes the reporting of Philip Geraldi from the Aug. 1, 2005 issue which says
“Vice President Cheney’s office has specifically told the Pentagon that the military should be prepared for an attack on Iran in the immediate aftermath of ‘another 9-11.’ ”
Still think I'm a member of the "tin-foil hat" crowd? Well so be it. All I can say is stay safe and watch your back. I don't trust Darth Vader Cheney and his puppet King George as far as I could throw them - and at my age, that's not very damn far.

    Bush/Cheney "Clueless Bozos"

I guess Lee Iacocca is on the same page as the rest of us with regards to "The Little Dictator That Could" King George and "Darth Vader"(Cheney). Checking out his newly released book "Where Have All the Leaders Gone?" Iacocca get's quite frank in his opinion. Here is an excerpt from Borders
Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder. We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, "Stay the course." Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America, not the damned Titanic. I'll give you a sound bite: Throw the bums out! You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore. The President of the United States is given a free pass to ignore the Constitution, tap our phones, and lead us to war on a pack of lies. Congress responds to record deficits by passing a huge tax cut for the wealthy (thanks, but I don't need it). The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq, the Middle East is burning and nobody seems to know what to do. And the press is waving pom-poms instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of America my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for. I've had enough. How about you? I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged. This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have....
    [snip]
.....We didn't agree to suspend the Constitution. We didn't agree to stop asking questions or demanding answers. Some of us are sick and tired of people who call free speech treason. Where I come from that's a dictatorship, not a democracy....
Even what every Bush boot-licker in the country continually praises him for and he keeps throwing at us ad nauseum - 911 is finally put in terms even the dimmest bulb should be able to understand.
On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. Where was George Bush? He was reading a story about a pet goat to kids in Florida when he heard about the attacks. He kept sitting there for twenty minutes with a baffled look on his face. It's all on tape. You can see it for yourself. Then, instead of taking the quickest route back to Washington and immediately going on the air to reassure the panicked people of this country, he decided it wasn't safe to return to the White House. He basically went into hiding for the day—and he told Vice President Dick Cheney to stay put in his bunker. We were all frozen in front of our TVs, scared out of our wits, waiting for our leaders to tell us that we were going to be okay, and there was nobody home. It took Bush a couple of days to get his bearings and devise the right photo op at Ground Zero.
And then there is my favorite quote from Lee regarding 911:
He led us down the road to Iraq—a road his own father had considered disastrous when he was President. But Bush didn't listen to Daddy. He listened to a higher father. He prides himself on being faith based, not reality based. If that doesn't scare the crap out of you, I don't know what will....
Well that just about sums it up correctly. As he has done his entire life, he left the scene. Remember his dedicated service in the National Guard? Or how about the way he handled his first venture into the oil business, and worse yet his second venture which tied him in nicely with none other than the Bin Laden family. I could go on and on, but take a look for yourself here. Perhaps now that one of their own has spoken out, the corporate leaders will take heed, and the MSM will finally do their job and start asking the questions it should have asked 6 years ago. Read the entire excerpt from Iacocca's book HERE.....

    The Three Faces Of Death

PNAC planning that has been in effect for years could be closer to reality than many non-conspiracy die-hards believe is possible. So now, when the perfect storm moved into place that gave King George (who likes to play dress up as a warrior), along with (Darth Vader himself) Dick Cheney and then mix in a good helping of Donald Rumsfeld (the apparent S&M expert at the Pentagon) who found a sure-fire way to add even more blood to his own hands than Saddam Hussein - the very person he embraced with enthusiastic friendship when their common enemy was then and appears to be once again, Iran. He along with Alberto the impaler who vigorously defended the Bush administration's decision to detain alleged illegal enemy combatants without protection under the Third Geneva Convention. . The non-applicability of the Geneva Conventionsto cover illegal combatants is disputed by international jurists. Critics feel that Rumsfeld should have been held personally responsible for the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse scandal. Rumsfeld himself said, "These events occurred on my watch as secretary of defense. I am accountable for them." Let's not forget however, this was probably preceded by a few well-placed questions to himself such as 1) Did these incidents occur on my watch? Well golly-be ha-ha-ha they sure did. 2) Does that make me a poor Secretary of Defence? Well heck by golly no under my watch we actually managed to shrink the Pentagons' budget.....that is of course if you don't count the money wasted on faulty equipment obtained from Dicks' and Yours' favorite military contractors. Or the billions upon billions of money that will be needed to assist the traumatized and badly amputated areas of the anatomy that were never even a thought before. This also caused by the Rumsfeld/Cheney Military Outfitters Association. Boy it sure is awfully convenient for the criminals that make up this administration from top to bottom that military investigations into the matters did not find ANY responsible for any wrongdoing.

Two Little Girls Bitch Slap Each Other

Now this has just got to be the most hilarious example of two bitches in heat we've seen in a long time. The sad thing about all of this, is that the story behind these two idiots trying to make political hay is utterly tragic. Of course this shouldn't be a surprise to any of us considering they were both part of the same bunch that brought us the Terri Schiavo fiasco. What O'Reilly sadly does not acknowledge in this YouTube video is that a young girl was tragically killed by a drunk driver and he, being the bottom feeder that he is, turned it into his latest political football "illegal aliens" and the rest of the mess brought on by arcane immigration policies . The real story, not being enough for the sick and twisted mind of Bill, instead he jumps on the claim that the driver of the car was an illegal alien. Somehow, somewhere in the depths of the useless grey matter that is supposed to pass for his brain he righteously starts the drumbeat against illegal aliens instead of the problem of drunk driving. You can bet your last dollar that drunk driving kills more people than there are illegal aliens in the entire country. Take a look at how Billy froths at the mouth over a problem that has nothing to do with any immigration problem.
Not content with a young girl run-down by a drunk driver, he has the audacity to go on the air the very next night and rail on about how a mother and her nine children perished in a house fire were "illegal". There is no proof offered that they were "illegal" (as if anyone should even give a tinkers damn in the first place). My guess is simply Bill showing his true xenophobic feelings which look more at "brown" instead of "illegal". Take another look if you can stand it!
I never in the world thought I would have any respect for Geraldo Rivera (hidden locked safes and all) but a shout out goes to Geraldo for forcing us to see exactly what the face of Compassionate Conservatism really is. Also let us not forget they are also the political party who claims the rallying cry of right to life until that child is out of the warmth of mother's womb - then they become illegitimate, illegal, or whatever other label they so hurriedly throw around. Even in his overwhelming grief somehow the father showed what true compassion is all about saying The mayor and Tessa Trachant's father both said that making an issue out of immigration loses the focus that the girls were killed by a man that police said was driving drunk. Ray Trachant said, "We need to heal, and to bring immigration, that's disrespectful to a family who's just mourning." Unfortunately congress, being the enablers they are, spent more time during its' last session either on vacation of debating the burning of the flag. How pitiful.

Yup I'm Back And Will Be Blogging My "Brilliant Thoughts" Soon - Lucky You

Well, for better or worse I am back to simply stun you with my "Oh So Brilliant" words of wisdom. However, since I have nothing prepared to post at this time, and since you all know I never dismiss theories or explanations of any happenstance out there - no matter how "conspiratorial"it may appear. You see I have found in all these years, it pays to always keep an open mind and use the "K.I.S.S." principle - (Keep It Simple Stupid). With that in mind, I invite you to watch this Video from YouTube entitled 9/11: A Closer Look. I know many of you view Alex Jones and his supporters as just so many crackpots but do me a favor and keep an open mind while viewing this. An open mind can't hurt, but it sure can shed some much needed light on the subject. If that can do so even a bit then we have accomplished our goals. 1) Opened your mind, and 2)Made you demand answers that make some sense not just slogans to advance the Administrations' cause. And 3rd) Hopefully the country will awaken from the common coma it has been in since 9-11-01. At the very least, let's all wake up BEFORE the next target for George's amusement which may just be the word oblivion. A word that may very well describe his plans for.........IRAN
You don't have to just take Alex Jones' words and pictures, or my own sometimes twisted logic. Instead, listen to and answer the questions about the 911 Report especially the honest and legitimate questions from Senator Mark Dayton (MN). I would urge you to read the transcript of his remarks and statements regarding the omissions and outright lies contained in the official 911 Report available here. These words of his should be written in granite and placed at the monument built to honour the thousands murdered on that day (possibly by it's own government). Now that the Kean Commission has published the new time line in its final report, these contradictions cannot be swept under the rug. Either the Kean Commission is wrong, or else NORAD was pushing a flawed time line for more than two years. Either way, the FAA story still differs from both. There can be no excuses. Those responsible for dispensing false information must be held accountable, or else nothing in the behavior of government is likely ever to improve. Instead of accountability, several of the key figures - Gens. Myers and Eberhard, FAA official Ben Sliney - have been promoted since Sept. 11! Yet one or more of them must be wrong about what happened on 9/11.This is the simple point that Sen. Mark Dayton made at the Senate hearings on the 9/11 Commission Report: now that it has accepted the Kean Commission findings, NORAD must explain its old time line, and anyone responsible for pushing a false account, whether intentionally or not, must be held accountable. Read on.... As I said earlier in this post, please pay attention to the facts, accept them with an open mind, and do your best to deny that maniac in the White House another chance to commit mass murder while claiming his "GOD SPOKE TO HIM AND TOLD HIM TO DO IT". Remember, it is not the United States of America that stands on the brink of annihilation here (don't forget it is George that is using the use of the nuclear option here), but the entire universe. We might also keep our eyes wide open to the fact that this is a largely celebrated religious holy day to many. What a perfect day for Georgie, Dickie an the rest of his nut squad to use as a false-flag attack.
