    Image hosted by Photobucket.comSUPREME COURT RULES THAT SICK PEOPLE WHO SMOKE PRESCRIBED MARIJUANA CAN BE FEDERALLY PROSECUTED.
    The Supreme Court ruled that people who smoke prescribed marijuana can be federally prosecuted. The justices concluded that state medical marijuana laws don't protect users from a federal ban on the drug.
