My Message To The Dems -- WALK OUT!!!!

Yes, that is what I said. Walk the hell out of both the Congress and the Senate and bring this fuckin fascist government under King George and his hitmen to a damn halt!! What they (Sensenbrenner) pulled today was nothing short of a total assault on democracy. And when did they decide to pull this despicable act? In the middle of a hearing on the Patriot Act of all things!! Imagine!! During a hearing and discussion concerning the very act that governs concerns about shutting down free speech and civil rights and the Constitution. These Republicans are nothing but fascists in my estimation. All you ever hear from the Democratic side of the aisle is "compromise". Do you ever even hear that word mentioned from across the aisle? Hell no, and you won't either. If there ever was a case of power corrupting, all you have to do is look at the way this majority is governing the country. I do not even begin to presume to say how you my American friends should run your country any more than you should mine. But it seems to me that unless you stand up and fight these fascists you are going to loose a democracy that used to be the envy of the world. I fear for you my American friends and I fear for the entire world unless this corrupt Bush government is brought under control.
