It's obvious from the transcript, he was arranging a "date" with this young man. This despicable bastard and his enablers in the Republican leadership should at the very least, be kicked out of office if not arrested, charged, and thrown in jail. Of course now Mr. Foley playing the sympathy card has admitted himself to an alcohol rehab clinic. To this I say if Foley is alcoholic then I am glad he is getting help and wish him well to that end. But it seems to me the man has more than an alcohol problem he needs psychiatric care for his predatory urges and/or pedophilia.
