Repubs Say NO Litmus Test By Democrats

Unless of course it is them applying the test. Republican are howling far and wide how the "nuclear option" will come back into play if Senate Democrats use past rulings and views as a reason to filibuster any nominee King George sends up for approval. How they expect them to advise on the nominee without taking that into account is beyond me, but what is even more appalling is that it seems to be alright for the wing-nuts from the Christian right to openly oppose even the mention of a Gonzales nomination. It appears Dobson and his fellow members of the Christian Taliban doubt his views on abortion. Is this not a litmus test from them? As usual, it's a matter of do as I say not as I do for Republicans.
