Day 4 And Still No Questions From WH Press Corps

Well it was over the July 4th weekend that Lawrence O'Donnell broke the story about Karl Rove being the source identified in Matt Cooper’s e-mails that were turned over to the special prosecutor investigating the Plame leak. Has the MSM and particularly the White House press corps been reporting this story? HELL NO!!!! They have their heads so far up Scottie McClellan's ass it's a wonder they can even breathe. In fact, not one question regarding the Plame leak itself has been asked of McClellan since way back in September of 2003 when he tried to show his testosterone by saying that if anyone at the White House leaked Plame's identity he or she should be fired and “pursued to the fullest extent by the Department of Justice”: “That is not the way this White House operates. The President expects everyone in his administration to adhere to the highest standards of conduct. No one would be authorized to do such a thing.” . What friggin' hogwash!!!! This administration has done nothing to truthfully aid in this investigation because they know damn well Rove and quite possibly Cheney and King George himself are so deeply involved in this shit they need wading boots to get around. And thanks to the cowards that make up the WH press corps they will continue to place road blocks between themselves and the investigation. Well this is day 4 and counting. Just when does this bunch intend to cover this story and put McClellan's feet to the fire and demand some answers? It's time they realized they have a job to do and it isn't to look pretty when the cameras turn on. No damn wonder Journalists are listed right up there with used car salesmen as the least trustworthy. On second thought that is an insult to used car salesmen everywhere they have more integrity than this bunch of losers.
