Rehnquist Hospitalized

CNN is reporting Chief Justice William Rehnquist was taken to hospital for observation after complaining of high fever, a spokeswoman says More when available UPDATE.......3:45 p.m. EDT.... Confirmation of the hospitalization followed unusual comings and goings at Rehnquist's suburban Virginia town home.
